White labelling policy (updated September 11, 2007)

With respect to any ‘white label’ services provided by Licensee, Licensee must be clearly branded as the provider of Information within each Service to the Subscriber of that Service.

Unit of count policy (updated September 11, 2007)

Licensor requires that each device (e.g. terminal and PDA) which is capable of accessing the exchanges information must be reported. All internal and external distribution should be measured, controlled and recorded by using the Unique User ID as the Unit of Count, except where specifically allowed in the OMX Information Policies.
