An unsponsored listing is a listing of a company’s share, where the company does not have a Listing Agreement with the exchange and therefore does not have obligations to the exchange or investors in the same way as a listed company. Often these companies are primarily listed on a foreign exchange, but the Nordic Exchange may offer trading in such shares if there is a large interest from investors.
Swedish Shares list (Helsinki only)
The Swedish Shares list consists of unsponsored listings in Swedish shares on the Finnish market.
Pre List (Helsinki only)
The Pre List serves a short-term listing need, normally in the case of a preliminary listing before the actual listing. Pre List can also serve trading interest in special cases, for example when the free transferability of a share is limited due to a consent clause. Securities other than shares with a significant need for public trading can be entered on the Pre List, for example certificates in a co-operative. The information disclosure requirements for Pre List are the same as for the Nordic list. The trading hours are the same as well.
