The names of the indexes distributed by NASDAQ OMX are registered trade marks. Any reference to an OMX index in relation to financial products or services is therefore subject to license. The license fee depends on the type of product. See below for requirements and contact details.

To enter a license agreement:

• Please e-mail your term sheet for approval to nasdaqlicensing@nasdaqomx.com. If approved, you will receive our fee list as well as our disclaimer that has to be added to the term sheet.

• Please let us know whether you are interested in an annual license agreement or a one time up front license agreement. You will find all details regarding the different kinds of agreements in our fee list.

• Please provide us with correct company name and address for the license agreement as well as contact details for license agreement (legal) and invoicing.
